One of the fellows (Steve) handed it as soon as he saw me. So, if you have a good working relationship with your local camera store, take advantage of it. I ended up requesting one from the "Contact Us" link at nikonusa.com. I didn't get the current one (they sent Vol. 8), but it was free, in the mailbox in 3 days, and it cost them over $5 to send it to me. Can't complain about that.
