I don't know but, I reckon that an email (just change the recipient's name) to each of those vendors would reap an accurate and quick reply from each of them: personally, I'd use a telephone or live chat for an immediate response.

 

I work in Australia and (only as an example) I have found B&H's 'Telephone Help' and 'Live Chat' both quick and accurate.
