pat_kearns1
I've had enough headaches dealing with Light Impressions as a supplier of mat boards. I'm looking for another source of custom cut 4 ply acid free, buffered, cream colored mats for framing some vintage collectable prints. Michael Smith touts Superior Archival Mats but I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a reply to my two requests. It must be nice to have so much business to ignore future customers and business. Any other sources would be appreciated. Thanks. Pat.
bruce_barlow
University Products has been good, if one can handle chronic backorders and therefore relatively slow delivery. Good prices. Sounds like a backhanded compliment, which it is. I use them anyway, and wait in patience. Bruce

gary_meader
Pat- I get 32x40 sheets of bright white rag board from United Mfrs. Supply. 1 800 645-7260. They're in NY, I'm in WA state and with freight and all, the bill is $188. Roughly $7 per 32x40 sheet. Way better I think than University and Light Impressions. Locally, if I buy one sheet at the frame shop, it's somewhere around $16. Happy Hunting
