glenn_cummings1
After I calibrate my monitor with the Spyder2Express everything looks fine. However, after a few days the monitor reverts back to the former colors prior to calibration. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there something I should be doing? All input would help...thanks. Kent Shafer
Not sure if this is the same thing you're experiencing, but on my computer something in the startup sequence turns off the calibration. (It comes on briefly, then goes away.) I just invoke the Spider2Express software after each startup, then immediately close it. That restores the calibration.
Kent
patricklavoie
On my Mac once its calibrated its stay calibrated, so im assuming you have a PC? If so, make sure that BEFORE you calibrate your monitor that you turn OFF ADOBE GAMMA, if not taht could cause the problem you have now + act as a double profile..not good both way. now how do you remove adobe gamma..as i said im on Mac, so i have no clue where you should look : )
bill_alden1
If you are running Vista, be aware that there is a gamma table bug as described in this blog post. Apparently a fix is on the way, but not in SP1.
