pcg856 Posted February 4, 2010 Share Posted February 4, 2010 <p>I purchased Photoshop Elements 8 about 2 months ago ,now every time I open it I get a message stating<br> Licensing has stopped working.I email support 3 times in the last 2 week without and answer.I am running WINDOWS 7 .I try to sign it and get invalid password,I have reset password and Adobe confirmation page comes up saying new password confirmed but it still say invalid password,when I sgn in,I have uninstalled and reinstalled from disc and website with the same problem.<br> Help needed</p> <div></div> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ray House Posted February 6, 2010 Share Posted February 6, 2010 I went to the Adobe.com site and under Support - Forums I entered you're error code in the search box. Seems to be a fairly common problem and several users have posted how to restore/resolve in both Mac and Windows. Anyway, lots of info for you there...hope this helps.
