mikael_karlsson
On the rare occasions that I ship actual prints I've always used the rigid cardboard tubes for anything larger than 8 x 10.
richard_beisigl
You do not say whether the prints are mounted, framed, loose.
jennifer_spencer
I have used these shipping boxes for unframed, unmatted 16x20 prints:
http://www.lightimpressionsdirect.com/category.action?categoryId=59

I also made sure that there was enough cardboard/foam core inside the box, with the prints sandwiched inside (edges of cardboard sandwich taped) to keep the prints from moving around. It got from California to Texas by UPS with no problems. Ideally, I'd use the boxes that my Fuji paper comes in, but I only have so many of those. With large prints, I was too worried about denting the print to put it in a tube - didn't think I could pack it without damaging it.
