Ideas to pack to Ship photographs

I am looking for ideas for economical ways to pack my photographs to ship internationally.

 

I will be shipping phtogoraphs from 4X6 in onwards to 20X24in.

Pleas can someone tell me of how to pack my photographs for international shipments.

<p>On the rare occasions that I ship actual prints I've always used the rigid cardboard tubes for anything larger than 8 x 10.</p>

<p>You do not say whether the prints are mounted, framed, loose.</p>

<p>I also made sure that there was enough cardboard/foam core inside the box, with the prints sandwiched inside (edges of cardboard sandwich taped) to keep the prints from moving around. It got from California to Texas by UPS with no problems. Ideally, I'd use the boxes that my Fuji paper comes in, but I only have so many of those. With large prints, I was too worried about denting the print to put it in a tube - didn't think I could pack it without damaging it.</p>
