I Spy: Street photography exhibit in Washington, D.C.

<p>I Spy, street photography exhibit at the <a href="http://www.nga.gov/exhibitions/ispyinfo.shtm">National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.</a> opened yesterday and runs through August 5th. Good stuff! If you visit the site, download the brochure (PDF) - very nice work.</p>

<p>I thought it was a good exhibit, but rather limited in scope, even compared to the "Open City" exhibit that was @ the Hirshhorn back in 2002 (http://hirshhorn.si.edu/info/press.asp?key=90&subkey=214). However, the Bruce Davidson subway prints are a major part of the exhibit & are always good to see. And it's hard to cover a genre like street photography.</p>
