felix_mizioznikov
Well I got the body today and am charging it up. Noticed that when you push the shutter release button, the button does not seem to have the click like the other canon bodies which have a small click separating the focus push from the release push. the 5d2 is just like a smooth push. anov
Looks like the shutter behave like the EOS 3 then. I wasted several frame due to that in the beginning.
paul_b.1
Only amateurs and semi-pro bodies have "the click". Pro bodies use electromagnetic shutter release , witch is very smooth, and have a longer life. This is good news !

felix_mizioznikov
I got it straight from canon. I had some problems with previous equipment so they reserved on for me. I'm performing noise tests right now and I'll post some results shortly.
