Hi all. I am having trouble getting any traffic with my flash website. I have the option to add a html version on the backend but for $100. I quite like my website and have no desire to change. but if it's not working....Is it worth doing or starting from scratch? I originally posted this in the webistes forum but it appears to be not frequented very often.
Good luck, take care.

If you don't ditch Flash now, you will have to ditch it sometime within the next 2-3 years.

Flash is slowly but surely going away because Flash is resource intensive. Forgetting about iOS for a second, Flash destroys the battery life of any mobile device. Then, why would you make your site useless to 30-40 million iPad/iPhone owners? Even Adobe has announced a HTML5 alternate and a HTML5 Flash conversion product.

I am also using iOS right now, but my slant is different.

Flash is not going to benefit you with search engines if that is where you put your text.

All text becomes a graphic.

There is no way that I would ever build a website in Flash because I want people to find me.
