Film Camera Week for November 29

Recommended Posts

Greetings all and welcome to our new thread. And a Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate. Post all the images you want from any film camera. I recently processed and scanned a roll of Tri-X that I shot in my Minolta SRT 101 with 100mm f 3.5 MD Macro Rokkor.

All for now. Looking forward to seeing everyone's images.

Some from a Minolta Alpha 807si using either a Minolta 35-105mm f/3.5-4.5 lens, or a newly-acquired Minolta 24-105mm f/3.5-4.5 lens. I'm quite impressed by the low levels of distortion exhibited by the 24-105 lens, possibly better than the 35-105. The film was Arista EDU Ultra 200 developed in PMK Pyro.

Here a some images from the Kiev 60 with a CZJ Flektogon 50mm f/4 lens. The film was Ilford HP5 Plus developed in PMK Pyro. I've been looking through a biography of the great American photographer Paul Strand who worked in New York in the early to middle years of the 1900's, and I think his work is influencing my approach to my surroundings.

Shot a roll of Kodak Vision 3 250D color film recently. The lab processed it in regular C 41 chemistry so it came out a little weird.

I've looked around a wee bit trying to make sure I've not already posted these in this forum/page on in film camera week threads. I'm posting stuff all over the place so I hope I'm not being redundant here.

admittedly, a photo of not much; I could not resist the color contrasts, however, in this one

added a little vignette to this one, and did a bit of cropping:

had another roll of 120 film processed as well... shot this bridge a couple times, after getting the scans in, I messed around, doing a little post work.

and converted it to B&W, just for the fun of it
