William Kahn
Is the file extension ".jpg" or something else?
Matt Laur
Or perhaps more importantly, are you CALLING the file a JPG, but accidentally have the file set to something other than 24-bit? It is possible to save, say, a 32-bit file as a JPG - but other systems (say, the upload routine here) will choke on them as being non-standard.

Sanford
It is .jpg. Other people are having trouble posting like at the end of the Street Forum "square format" post. I recently switched to new Sandisk cards but I'm sure I've posted successfully since I started using them. I will check my PS setting but I save everything as a TIFF and use iPhoto to convert to jpeg. Maybe someone could post a photo here just to test the system.

joshroot
I had Jin make a change to what files were allowed to be attached because I saw that someone had (by accident I believe) been able to attach an exe file to a forum post. That, of course, is a huge security risk and something we can't allow.

However, it seems that whatever Jin did caused other problems. I will have him look into it ASAP. Our apologies to everyone.

jsc
Should be fixed, sorry. I inadvertently made it impossible to upload photos. You could ONLY upload virus laden exes and what not.
Programming is too hard.

How did that blue bunny guy get in there? I admit I didn't notice him the first few times I looked at the post.
