Featured pictures out of order

Newly uploaded featured photos are usually stuck in the middle of the featured portfolio, often two or three rows down. (my latest upload was placed in the third row.) I've reported this problem a couple of times before and still nothing has been corrected. This indicates to me a lack of concern and a general "who cares anyway" attitude on the part of the management. I'm damn tired of having to reorder my pictures every week or so. Monitors do their best to report the problems but their requests to management often seem to be ignored. It's a very sad situation for a once proud photo site.
