He used his Minox as miniature notebook to copy photos of famous people photos from museams around the world: Albert Einstein, Winston Churchill, Robert Oppenheimer,Thomas Mann, Shostakovich, Bernard Shaw, Brigitte Bardot, Betrand Russel, Charlie Chaplin, Franz Liszt, Igor Stravinsky, Anna Pavlova,Galina Ulanova, Mary Pickford,Greta Garbo, Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn, Alfred Hitchcock, Auguste Rodin, Jean Cocteau, Alfred Stiegliz, Salvador Dali, Edward Steichen, Henri Cartier Bresson, Plablo Picasso, Emperor Napolean III, Theodore Roosevelt...... There is an English edition, "Famous Portraits" published in 1960 by Zipf Davis Publihser New York It contains 120 8x11 inch photos of famous portraits, by famous photogrpahers, such as Alfred Stieglitz,Yousef Karsh, Edward Seichen...
