However, I could not see a 7D in there anywhere, just 5DmkII's? Maybe the actual footage was from a 7D?<br>

<p>What this commercial really proves is that photography - and cinematography - is about images and being in the right place, at the right time - with a knowledge of composition, lighting, timing and impact. Almost any camera could have captured wonderful images with a skilled photographer.</p>

<p>To further illustrate this point, the best images in the commercial were the actual live action ones - did anyone breathlessly wonder what video camera was used to capture those images?</p>

<p>You're right, Marcel. It was shot on the 7D. British actress Emma Thompson is producing a small independent movie called "The Journey" which is filmed entirely on a 5D mk2. I read an interview with an American celebrity photographer who said that big name Hollywood directors are looking at using the 5D mk2 for future projects. Who would have thought this twelve months ago?</p>
