E-card function not working: Form fields gone astray

When I try to send an e-card, I get the following message: "We had a problem

processing your entry: Somehow we lost form fields after the preview. This

shouldn't happen. Please back up using your browser, correct it, and resubmit

your entry." I agree completely that this shouldn't be happening, and I have

backed up my browser several times, but I have no idea how to find "lost form

fields." Where do lost form fields usually go? Are other users having this

problem? Maybe we can search for the lost fields together. :) Cheers...Bill

One server is down. We're hoping to get it back up tomorrow and to replace it within a month or two (the servers at photo.net are running very old versions of the Linux operating system and they are not maintainable by professional system administrators due to a lack of documentation and patches).

 

Not sure about those e-cards. Do people value this feature of the site?

I only used it once to try it out. It links to gallery, to the comments on the photo, and to I think the other thing is to my portfolio. If I send an ecard, I only want that specific photo to go with my message appearing in a rather more dressed up way to say that this is an e-post card.
