Critique Queue - UI error notification

After leaving a comment in the little box (and not rating) I click "skip to next

photo" - 9 times in 10 that's just what happens; the next pic loads and on I

go. But sometimes I get this message :

Image already rated by you

*click here if you want to see what you said or edit your rating or comment

* click here if you want to move on to the next photo to rate.

By clicking the option to move on to the next photo I get :

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.

AOLserver/3.3.1+ad13 on http://www.photo.net

My default is usually to go to the pull down menu and hit "critique photos"

and that usually takes me to the next image (or the one where I commented

but did not rate) - that doesn't seem to be working too well just now.
