Copying Bridge templates to new Computer.

<p>I have added a Macbook Pro to my PC based system and want to know how and where; I can copy the hundreds of Metadata templates I have to the new one.<br>

I have CS5 and LR3 have no idea of where to put the Templates in either app! To set up all the templates individually will take a age!</p>

<p>I have an older mac so things may have changed with the newer MacBook, but the templates probably go into; User > Library > Application Support > Adobe > XMP > Metadata Templates.</p>

<p>You can verify that by creating a new template on the Macbook Pro, give it a name, then use Spotlight to search for the location it is saved to.</p>

<p>I use other features of Bridge, and only on the Mac, but usually these kinds of files can just be copied over as Peter indicates.</p>

<p>I'd personally temporarily keep them separate from the ones that came with your new copy of Bridge until you're satisfied that they work and work properly in the new environment.</p>
