johncrosley
I have noticed that in my 'Black and White, Then to Now' folder, when I go to the community member page and try to click on my 'highest rated' photos, it links to a trimmed selection of the first twenty of my 'highest rated' Black and White photos, as it should. But at the end of the first twenty photos, there is a continuation link: "View all 99 images in 'Black and White, Then to Now'" That link, however does not lead to a 'highest rated' folder continuation, but instead to my entire 'Black and White, Then to Now' folder, now with about 201 different images. I think this is a bug, and it appears the same happens on clicks to 'highest rated photos' for my other folders. Unless it's been reported before (and I couldn't find it), this might bear looking into. (I happen to like it personally, as I don't get so many ratings even for many of my best photos, so people looking for my 'highest rated' photos kind of get diverted into the whole folder -- good for me -- but clearly not intended.) joshroot
Yeah, it's a bug. However, it's been lower on my list of "things to fix" than other stuff has been. Perhaps I should look into moving it up.
johncrosley
No hurry; doesn't really bother me. Just a 'heads up' for when site approaches perfection. Better first to make 'rearrangement of folder photos' software adapt first to 'presentations' creation/editing software -- been asking for it for 3-1/2 years now. Now THAT would make a difference e.g., more/better presentations. John (Crosley)
