pamela_williams
I just got married in Vegas. My husband and I didn't have a camera and purchased one at the chapel. When I got home and gave the camera to Walmart they attached a note to it stating the film was 'clear color' and they don't process clear color film. I'm not a photo enthusiast or anything, I just want my wedding pics developed. Can anyone out there help me?
tripanfal
I'm guessing they developed the film, and it came back clear. Clear as in when they developed it, it was unexposed (or severely underexposed). They will not "process" it, as in make prints, because they will be all black. Camera malfunction? carl_klitzke
Ahh.. I remember those OTUCs. The film IS C41 process even though it does not say so on the canister. Typically companies will tell their employees not to run anything through a color processor that does not say "C41". This is way easier and cheaper than building a comprehensive training program to explain the subtle differences between C41, CN16, AP4, Kodachrome, E-6, Scala, DR-5, black and white, etc etc etc processing which most of these people will never see or need to know. If you feel like trying to convince the associate that it's ok, go ahead. Otherwise just pop it in one of the 2-day sendout envelopes and let fuji deal with it. Or take it to a different lab. Either way, that is a standard color negative film.
