johnlund
http://www.photo.net/photo/canon/tilt-shift is "not found". This is the article found under the "Learn, Other Resources" menu (among other places).

bobatkins
Looks like it's pointing to something that was never there! It's not a mistyped link as far as I can tell. No such file or directory exists on the system and nothing close to it exists.
Anybody want to write the article that goes with the link!
Right now the easiest thing for me to do is to add a file there that just says - "Sorry, we don't have an article on this topic yet. We do have a review of the 24mm T/S lens though"
johnlund
I seem to recall an illustrated article on perspective correction that had little or nothing to do with Canon lenses specifically.
johnlund
It's also listed under the "Technique" heading on http://www.photo.net/learn/.
melissa_eiselein
John's original link is also included in the first paragraph of text on the page C.G.'s link points to. Thanks for digging all this up, John. It will make for fun reading this coming weekend--unless I can get to it sooner.
moe_p
Actually many of the guide pages I try come up blank. With a few of them, if I come back later they might appear, but usually not. Do all those links have pages behind them?
bobatkins
No. There are some other links that don't exist. I presume at some point in the past there was a "plan" and the links were part of that plan. However there doesn't seem to be any available documentation for the plan and most of those programming back in those days are no longer around. We should clean up the dead links, but it's somewhat easier said than done!
