ciprian
Hi everyone,I have a hard time compressing files in photoshop one by one,I have a folder with dozens of pictures(jpeg files each of them around 6 to 8 mb)and I wanna make them smaller(around 150 kb),is it possible to do a resize of these picture as a batch in PS or Image Ready? Thank you for your time. Ciprian.
pico
Of course PS can do that. So can Imageready. If you have CS2 I recommend you use the File -> Automate -> Scripts -> Image Processing feature. In Imageready you can create an action, then drag it from the action menu to your desktop or a folder where it becomes a "droplett" so that you can drop files or folders onto it to do the job automatically. See HELP AUTOMATE in either program.
dave_powell2
Yes, even Elements 2 can do batch size conversions and save a folder of images as a PDF os slide show! Sincerely, Dave
