johncrosley
There was a pretty extensive article about this work, I think in the LA Times, well illustrated.
I now regret I had not posted a link to that article when it appeared. My apologies.
His work was 'eye-opening' to all our missed opportunities from photographing the mundanity of suburbia that so many of us endured and never documented.
He had a very droll or perhaps wicked' eye that recorded things what others saw but were so 'mundane' or ever present, or just so seemingly 'unworthy' that others didn't think capable of being the subject of great 'art'. In that way he was light years ahead of so many of us -- myself included of course, to my regret.
John (Crosley)
