Donald Harpold
Hello All I recently received a Kodak Duo Six-20 in relatively good condition with the exception that the shutter does not stay cocked, the shutter works as you can see it function. I wrote Chris Sherlock and he does not do these any longer. Is there some one who can repair the shutter and do a CLA that is reputable, and does not a years waiting list. Thanks Don Forgot to add it has the Compur-Rapid shutter
kmac
I don't know anyone who fixes them but it sounds like a spring has come out of place. It should be an easy fix just to set the spring back in place after the shutter has been disassembled to the point where the spring is accessible, which means removing just the front focusing element and the speed ring. The spring sets a blocking lever that holds the shutter's cocking lever in place until the shutter button has been pressed. If the blocking lever has no spring tension, it flops around anywhere and can't do it's job.

JDMvW
On some old "box" cameras, the shutter didn't 'cock', it just worked when you pushed the lever.
Dave - Downunder
JDMvW is correct on the shutter does not cock. I have a Kodak Duaflex II. The shutter fires every time you push the button. No cocking required.
