Error uploading

When I try to replace a file of an image, to update, I received this message:

 

An error has occured, could not upload your file, please reload this page and try again.

I'v tried but nothing happened. Also deleting cache. Anyone can help? Thank you.

I see you are a long term member, but what size file and format? Or has something changed in respect to your software & hardware? Otherwise, no idea what is happening.

 

Edit: I have found on occasion that the system gets overloaded and waiting a bit works.

I haven't been ably to update/replace a photo for many months. The only thing you can do is delete to original and replace it with a new one. You lose all looks/likes/comments of the original and the new photo will not be where you originally wanted it. I can pretty much guarantee you this will never be fixed.

Thank you for replay. It's months I can't replace my photos, like happened to Sanford. Regular upload works well, it's only the update that creats problems. I'v tried with several devices (pc, tablet, smartphones) without success. I am afraid there is some technical problem with my accout. Thanks.

Recall a previous question on this issue - searched but could not find it. This has been an problem for a while, but currently nowhere to take it to be fixed. Sorry!
