Phil_Light
Just wanted to ask a question to see if anyone can guide me to the right resource for follow-up. I recently ordered a print of my own from my gallery (creator price very reasonable too) however I am afraid I am getting what I paid for in the end and wondered what my recourse might be. Finished B&W print was flat (lacked contrast), was shades lighter than the displayed image, and overall fair to barely mediocre in quality. I ordered it framed and I must say the framing was very good with a nicely cut matte and ready to hang. Unfortunately with the current print quality, I do not want to display it. As this is a third party outside of Photo Net and very minimal information supplied on who to actually contact outside of basic order information, any idea who I should go to in follow-up? This service is sold off of the PN website.
Sandy Vongries
I believe the best course of action is to contact the organization that produced the print. I do not know of an internal channel to address the issue. Sorry
Phil_Light
I believe the best course of action is to contact the organization that produced the print. I do not know of an internal channel to address the issue. Sorry Thanks Sandy, trying to reach out to Canvas Pop. They were the first point of contact. Just wondered if there was any additional reference information here from anyone who's dealt with them before.
Sanford
I've been waiting several years for someone to give them a try. I guess I found out what I needed to know.
Phil_Light
I've been waiting several years for someone to give them a try. I guess I found out what I needed to know. To their credit, I was contacted by Canvas Pop and I worked one on one with a customer service rep after uploading the file to her. She is going to have the file reprinted and sent back to me. So we shall see if the effort was worth the extra time with emails and phone call.

Doug Obert
I have ordered several of my prints on here, none have been black and white though. I've always been happy with the results and service I've received from Canvas Pop.
Sanford
Doug, what kind of file do you have to send them?
Doug Obert
Sanford, if I'm understanding your question correctly... I don't "send" Canvas Pop any file. I order through my already uploaded photos in my gallery here on photonet, which are of course sRGB color space JPG's.
