B. C. S.
With the high of -2ºF and winds at 18K gusting to 28K, I thought I’d spend some QDT (Quality Darkroom Time) yesterday. Had an inspiration to make some Lith prints from Minox negatives. Here are three. The bottles are from the same negative - the 6 are printed on 3 1/2 X 5 and the 8 are 5 X 7. The railing, which is at our Opera House is also on 5X7. The bottles were taken on TMax 400 in Microphen. The paper is Ilford MG Art in Moersch Easy Lith. The railing was taken on Agfa 25 in Microphen. Same paper. I tried more dilution for more color, however, the processing times got very long. Five to seven minute exposures and 15 minute developing times. Still, happy with the results.
