Agfa Optima I sticking diaphragm

I just acquired an Agfa Optima I with a 45mm Agfa Color-Agnar f/2.8 lens. The camera is in very good condition, except the diaphragm is stuck, probably somewhere around f/11 to f/22. I have searched for a way to fix this. Has anyone had a similar problem, and how did you fix it? How does the lens come off the camera? Many thanks for any help.

I would say that you are going to have to strip the shutter down to the aperture leaves. Its a Prontor shutter which are easy to get into. I can't point to any links but there must be some out there.

Thank you, Greg, for the advice and the link. I may be able to get to the shutter and diaphragm through the front, as the article suggests, and that may be enough to fix my problem. Many thanks for the help.
