Top view recording is blurry on one side

<p>Hi Everyone,<br>

<br />I'm using a Canon Vixia HF R600 to shoot top view videos. I need some help determine what's causing my problem and hopefully a solution.<br>

The problem is the video gets out of focus on the left side. I have everything on manual that the camera allows me to change, turns out this doesn't allow you to change aperture or iso settings :-(. The focus, white balance, and exposure is set to manual. The video looks fine if I shoot horizontal. <br>

What could be causing this? I'm thinking it might be image stabilizer. If I have to get a new camera, any suggestions would be great.<br>

<p>Is the camera distance the same from the lens to each side? <br>

If you're shooting on a tripod, most manufacturers tell you to shut off stabilization. <br>

Maybe there's something wrong with the lens?</p>

<p>Yes, the distance fairly close to be being the same. I also tried switching on and off the stabilization, same thing.<br>

<br />I'll try shooting at an 45 degree and see if I get any better results. My thought was that the camera wasn't designed to be used vertically and the lens gets tilted.</p>
