Lost an internal piece to my Nikon FE

This might be a lost cause, but I figured I'd post anyways. I took my dad's old nikon FE out of the basement as I'm interested in getting started with film photography. One of the problems with the camera was the advancing lever wasn't advancing the film. I realized the problem was similar to https://www.flickr.com/groups/323711@N24/discuss/72157623332005816/ and thus followed RadioFreeCalifornia's instructions in fixing it. However, in the process I screwed up and lost the ring piece shown in the top-right corner of the below photo (taken from RFC). Does anyone know where I can get a cheap replacement or how I might fix it.<br>

<p>I think I have a complete but inop FE that I would send you for postage and maybe $s for a good beer?</p>

<p>Similarly, for the cost of postage, I've kept a ratty non-functioning FE in a drawer. PLMK if you need it.</p>

<p>Not being sarcastic, but did you put a roll of film in the camera before you decided to examine the inside of the camera?</p>
