Hector Javkin
I just recovered my first camera, a Yashica YK, bought new around 1960. I hadn't seen in many years. I want to try to use it, but the rewind selector switch on the bottom doesn't work--it doesn't release the film so it can be wound back. I have a vague memory that this was the reason I stopped using it many years ago.
I realize that a repair will cost more than the camera might be worth on the market but that's not important I would like to get it working again. Does anyone repair them?
SCL
I'd give Youxin Ye a call (http://www.yyecamera.com/contact.html), I've had him do work on some lesser known rangefinder stuff.
steve_levine
Google Mark Hama. He trained at the Yashica factory. I know from personal experience he works miracles with Yashica SLR,TLR's.

Andy Collins
Another vote for Mark Hama. He fixed a Yashica rangefinder for me, but he also serviced my Canon 7 rangefinder. He is a miracle worker indeed!
