<p>Sanford, I think it might have more to do with your mail server than with PNet's message. With Windows Live Mail, I have choices like, "Mark As Not Junk", as well as "Add Sender To Safe Sender's List", which automatically routes junk mail errors back to the inbox. I'd be surprised if PNet messages are only the only ones being misrouted to your junk mail...</p>

<p>It's all about training your local mail client, or the sever-side filtering features on your hosted/web-mail service, so that stuff you don't think is spam is treated like not-spam mail. Sometimes adding the sender/reply-to address to your contact list is all it takes. It really depends on how your mail is being handled. Without knowing how your mail is being hosted, where the spam-deciding rules are executed, and what you're using for a user interface, it's hard to give precise advise. But if you're using a commercial service, that provider will have a web site and almost certainly an FAQ that addresses how to keep incoming mail out of your spam filter if you don't want it there.</p>
