No worries Howard, they are all worth seeing again! I especially like the portrait - lovely soft feel - I keep coming back to it.

I will post two this week, starting with an abstract detail from a large wall covered with graffiti.

Snowshoes Blowin' In The Wind...No not a Dylan song, but real conditions on Cascade Mt last week. There's something about standing on a summit with 40 mph winds and a wind chill near 0 degrees fahrenheit. Pentax K10D / Tamron 18-250 / ISO 140 / fl 16.0 You can try clicking on pic for larger version

Shooting conditions left a lot to be desired this past week but, thanks to the K-5, I got a couple of semi-decent bird shots with the DA*300mm & 2x-S.

This Palm Warbler is a migrant and I was proud of myself for getting the ID right (thanks to Sibley.) [1/640s, f7.1, ISO 1000]

In India we had this weeklong countrywide protests in support of an anti-corruption bill in the federal parliament. I was at such a meeting in Bangalore. A lot of bottled water was consumed, and bottles thrown around.
The protesters won a small victory when the stupendously corrupt federal government agreed to propose a bill, with non-politicians well-known for integrity and social service making up half the drafting committee.

My daughter has some shooting homework to catch up on and asked me to accompany her. We went on a nice hike on one of the few non-rainy days we've had over the past two months. Nothin' beats hiking and talking photography and shooting with your kid!
That DA Ltd. 15mm lens keeps impressing me. Its color rendition is so rich.
