priscilla_v
Hey,
Has anyone purchased a website with Bludomain and hosted with Fatcow. Considering all the bad things I have heard from bludomain they actually send me a link within 36 hours. The problem I am having is configuring my php saved_sessions within my hosting company- Fatcow. I have contacted customer services and they are having problems trying to make it work. The problem I am having is logging onto the edit link, which the password is the default "bludomain". It keeps refreshing saying that I have entered the wrong password and I contacted blu about this which they responded
"Please verify with your hosting company that php sessions are configured correctly on your server. The php setting session.save_path needs to point to a directory that exists and have appropriate permissions to save sessions.
Currently the password is not being saved as a session which is causing the admin to log you out immediately after you have logged in. Let us know if you need further assistance."
Which is why I did contact Fatcow, but again with no help as of yet. They opened up a ticket for me for a specialist.
Anyways, what I am hoping someone who has purchased blu and hosts with fatcow will give me some insight. Appreciate any responses.

Thanks!
sohara2
Just curious if you ever got bluDomain to work. I just bought my site a month ago and continue to have major problems. Cannot get images to upload etc. Any tips or tricks to get it to work?
