emily_maness
I recently started a greeting card line. My cards right now are handmade. I need a website. I have looked into several different sites including Smugmug and Zenpholio. It seems like these sites are more for studio work or wedding photography. The people looking at my work won't be buying just the pictures since I sell greeting cards. Today I did find one site that would work for me. Foliolink.com It is really pricey for someone just starting out. If anyone out there knows of sites like Foliolink.com that are less expensive I would really appreciate it.
Also, I need to find a good ditgal printing company to print my cards for me. That way I can take bigger orders and have them in more stores. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks so much!
Emily
stp
I have experience with White House Custom Color (WHCC) and MPix, but not for printing cards. However, both companies do cards. I have found both to be very good printers.
niki_cortesi
I now at least 2 sites that you can use to build your portfolio. Reasonably priced and non flash. Just google for "Non flash portfolio websites"
artofheadshots
Hi Emily,
Check photoshelter.com, they are truly amazing option. I have been using them for a bit longer than a year. If you do choose them let me know.
