New member from the UK

<p>Hello to all. I just happened to come across this website while browsing the web and thought I'd sign up. I had very little interest in photography until very recently. It all changed when I bought a Nikon d5000 on a whim. I only ever used my old digital camera on a fully automatic mode.<br>

So, now I am looking to learn a bit about photography and I am sure I will get a lot of help from fellow members of this website. I am going to Peru near the end of May and I intend to get my act together before then and take some half decent pictures whilst I am there. See you around.</p>

It's going to be a year now since I joined.. and I acknowledge the inspiration I got from many photographers from entry level to pro level and from point and shoot to ultra sophisticated equipment they are simply amazing... Any active member in P.N will be elevating to next level every day and every second in DP. This site in another sense I can say a educational tool for our photographic career. I was shooting pics in a local zoo in my area and by chance I was able to meet a person who looked to be a casual photographer he referred this site which I thought to be interesting and signed up. Since then I never looked back. I wish you good luck for a wonderful start in Digital Photography.</p>
