Alex_Es
Well, I've again been published in "Viewfinder," the LHSA's quarterly (Vol. 40, No. 4 2007). Just got a copy in the mail a few days ago. It's a photo essay revolving around using the Voigtlander 25/4P with the M8. Everything turned out as close to perfection as a writer and photographer could want. The editing was great and the layout was super. The photos' colors and contrast were spot on. Here is the first page of my four page photo essay:<div></div>
Alex_Es
The colors are a lot better in the journal than here.

paul_neuthaler
Yea, Alex. I use the older CV 25mm on my IIIF & love it.
orvillerobertson
Alex, that's great news. Even better news is the premise of the article, that the LHSA acknowledges the Voigtaander lenses. Just finally bought the 28/3.5 Skopar and am loving the size and quick focus. No pics yet to determine optical quality.
jtdnyc
Alex, for years I have been putting off joining the LHSA. Now your article has inspired me to ante up. Thanks for the kick!

vic_.
Shishin-san, What's your view of the 21mm Asph versus the Voigt 21mm?
Alex_Es
Hi Vic! I don't have the Leica 21Asph but do have the old handy 21/4 Voigtlander. No one would disagree that the Leica 21/2.8 is a better lens than the Voigtlander. The little 21/4 is handy. Center quite good, edges so-s0. The Zeiss 21/2.8 and 21/4.5 are very good I am told. I think the Voigtlander 21/4 is great for street photography but probably not for scene photography.
