andre_reinders
Canada Day was spent in Banff. Here are some shots from atop Sulfer mountain (where the gondola goes)<div></div>

bill_winters
Andre -- Thanks for sharing more great work. I went up their gondala a couple years ago with my family. Even with the 40mm lens on my Canonet QL17, we were also able to get very close to the sheep. I guess they have become a little too familiar with humans on their mountain top environment. garyowen
Those old Mamiyaflex are an excellent TLR, I've had one for fortyfive years and it is still in regular use. Great photos, great camera, and some really good photography on your part.
thanz
wow, excellent pics! whats up with the mangy "deer", is it a deer?
frank granovski
Banff used to be one of my 3 favourite places; the other 2 being Kenora/Lake of the Woods and Sherbrooke Que---as far as scenic small places go. Of course, there's a million and one smaller places in-between that are just as scenic. Nice pics!
terry_scott
Nice pictures. I can imagine what they might look like blown up nice 'n' large. I have had Mamiyaflexes and loved the results I got, especially with the 55mm, 80mm and 135mm lenses.
xenotar28
Nice work. Did you use a yellow or light orange filter?
paul hart
Good photos that bring back fond memories of a visit to Banff 8 years ago, the best being a late night visit to the open air pool and having a dip with snow falling into it. Thanks!
Julio Fernandez
I visited Banff exactly 20 years ago today. Your beautiful images brought me nice memories. Many thanks!
stephen_w.
Banff (and Jasper) is nice. Did you walk up Sulfur Mtn? I did. If one does, the gondola ride down is free.
david_m
Nice compositions... but the photos just don't look sharp. Maybe it was the scanning.
andre_reinders
Todd - it is a mountian sheep in the process of losing its winter coat. George - it was a red filter - probably why the flag looks so washed out in #3 Stephen - I did not walk up - I have a few extra lbs. around the middle.... ;) Again, thanks for the comments everyone, I really enjoy this camera. Just got some slides back, but I have no way of scanning them - so I took them back to the lab for prints - which I will share in a week or so.
