leeann_bowers
Does anyone have any information on Hasselbald's Carl Zeiss Planar 1:2.8 f=80 mm lense? I'm planning to sell it with other Hasselbald equipment to purchase a digital back for my 503. Recommendations on how to price used Hasselblad equipment for camera show sale? Also any information on the Hasselblad Millennium camera and lense - any special value, collectible etc.?? Thank you for any information you may forward. William Kahn
LeeAnn, check KEH (www.keh.com) and see what they're asking for the 80mm that matches the condition of yours. That will give you an idea of what you can sell your for....
leicaglow
Also, collectors versions of cameras don't seem to actually fetch much more than non collectible versions, even though starting prices are often higher.
jeff.grant
With a digital back the 80 becomes a 120. I bought an 80 and a 40 when I got my V96C so that I could get the equivalent of a 60 and 120. So far the 80 has seen a lot of use with the back.
paul_neuthaler
What's the best digital back for the least $ ?
james_symington1
A Nikon Coolscan 9000!!! :-) I look forward to the day when you can get a 40mp full-frame 6X6 back for $5-6000. Until then the existing options just do not work for me.
randall cherry
I love digital, especially for its quick turnaround potential and instant feedback. But in terms of dollar per imaging area per image quality, I believe film is still the best choice. IMHO, FWIW, YMMV, chill out, blah blah, etc.
