d47
I would, too. I have also asked for the same category several times but nothing yet. (I once asked for a nude category; I was rejected for a while but now we have one)!
mattvardy
I would like to reverse the effects of global warming, if this seems at all possible...
ivan colman
What makes birds so special that photo's of them should be kept apart from other nature photo's. With all respect but then I think fish-photographers have more reasons to ask for a separate category. Sorry but for me a good bird photo is a good photo in the category Nature. A bad bird photo would not become better in a special bird category !

bueh
Well, Stu, then we would also need a "CATS" category. Obvious.
knicki____
I'm with Matt and would like to reverse the signs of aging. Unfortunately, I feel too many categories isnt a good thing. I think it fits well under nature. Knicki
rayfraser
I would like a separate one for butterflies. If it weren't for my interest this fall in photographing migrating monarchs I would not be a patron now. The numbers were extremely disappointing this year - likely due to genetically engineered plants that are able to survive roundup ready while all else is eradicated. Nature will be my choice next year if other categories are not created. I have posted some in News and Astrophotography to avoid high-speed roll off the new list and believe no harm would be done by adding several new categories. thomas_pritchard
Just a thought people. It's my biological background and studies that make me want a separate pot........ Sorry if I stirred up old memories....
