rodney_mcpherson
My favorite Minox camera is the Minox III. I love it's small size and fantastic picture taking ability. I try and take my III with me everywhere I go. What do the rest of you prefer?
alessandro_marconi1
i have to say that AIIIs is my preferate one too;original minox design, complan lenses, perfect rigged for lowlight settings, fair to heavy rugged(mine knows best-has more dents than a irakian tank, but works like a charm:-),complete manual control, one of the brightest viewfinders ever, and last-but not least,no battery required!Yes indeed,i do prefer AIIIs to any other minox cameras(well,BL is the other preferate of mine).Reasons for not using much the other models of minox cameras are plenty, especially C and EC/ECX.But they were discussed in here zillions times,so i just leave it to that. And yes,AIIIs of mine goes wherever i go,hardly noticeable in my shirt or jeans pocket.Class allover! regards

andrew robertson
I must vote for the Minox B as well. Small, ***has a meter*** and the nice Complan lens (200 lp/mm, try that with your Canon 300mm f/2.8 L) and people automatically smile at you when (if) they see it. art_doyle
I like my QUIET GT-E & GT-S cameras. Just bought a wonderful new toy today - a Fuji 1000ix. Small, briliant, design ....but it sounds like a dentist drill :( There are very few quiet cameras left.

vince_bond
Although I own a Minox LX and use it for color photography, I still prefer the looks and the feel of the Minox B for color and B&W photography. I like having more control over the shooting parameters and the superb lens coupled with the more classic aesthetics of the B make it a favorite to many people. left pocket minox
This is what I carry everyday. The wife says I am just a camera geek but when there is a photo to be taken, she knows I can deliver. The Minox III, 1956 vintage. And if there may be darkness later, I bring the old AG1b flash and bulbs. And to be further protective, I keep every burned out bulb in a chemistry bottle on the desk. On longer trips, a Minox B with minochrome from PAARZs labs in Germany and a further Minox III, 1962 vintage, for B&W work. Gotta love'em, the wife I mean....<div></div>
