  3. Hi Glen, there are 120 scanners , Kenko made one, with live view also. No moving parts here like conventional scanners. It has a sensor, like a camera. The feature I like most is, it focuses the film plane image accurately into the sensor. If we made it a portable device like a film back , we could use both film and digital for a same scene etc
  4. Thanks Ron and karim. The main concern is about the mechanical hazard. The film plane of the scanner must be aligned with the film plane of the camera. I mainly shoot landscapes ,so I hope there would't be any light issues.
  5. Thanks Glen. There are many on the market, eg pana - view panascan. They are fixed sensor type. Please have a look. And it provides live view too!
  6. Hi all, this is Anoop from India , this is my first post on this forum. long time after selling my rz67proii ,once again planning to buy a medium format again. My consideration is Bronica etrsi 645. Now planning to build a digital back for the upcoming MF cam. Like we know there are plenty of Chinese made 120 film scanners available, mostly with display and 20+ MP , so planning to alter one of that , like removing film holders and LEDs etc to work like a digi back. Has anyone tried this before? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
