I am sure that there are numerous photographs on the site that have dramatic in flight movements, and colourful bids and unique positions but I must say I think this image is really very good. the detail of the bird and blur of the back gound the clarity in the eye of the bird and tone and the overall compostion make it very impressive... For what it is worth I think it is one of the better shots I have seen in a while... MJ
