  1. Well, the overexposure was done in purpose. The JPEG artifacts are messing the image, but I actually metered the light on her while having a strong backlight (the sun was a little bit on top, and behind her). The whole idea was to overexpose the shore.
  2. You are right with the definition issue... I had to crop the picture in order to get what really was intended. I discarded abut 40% of the original, because the zoom of the camera wasn't powerful enough and the result was a completely uninteresting image.

     

    Also, the low light made me shoot at a low speed, and the ASA was set automatically (probably at 200 or so).

  3. I took this picture using my digital camera DSC-P1. The lens wasn't

    long enough for what I wanted to show, so I had to shoot and then

    crop the resulting image. I think I regret more than ever to no have

    used my Minolta with a Velvia or Kodakchrome...

     

    Anyway, what do you think?
