I have herd these theories for years and never knew what to make of them. However, I do this it is a possibility that we faked the first Apollo moon landing only because the USSR beat us in to space. How could the U.S. stand to be beaten? I think our technology was close but at the time I think they could have been faked in order to show the world the U.S. was still #1. Why else would it have been on T.V.? So everyone would 'see' the Americans land on the moon.
