  1. this image reminds me of the work of Robert Parke-Harrison -- the stark landscape, old alternative process feel, and the suited man. His work is all about man's relationship with nature and preventing its demise. Yours seems to suggest mans hand in its demise. If this was not inspired by parke-harrison's work you should definitely check his work out, his work is amazing.

    I like the low depth. It gives more weight to the acorn. With longer depth, I think one would be distracted by the backgound.

     

    This is a great series. I like the point of view that the wide lens gives throughout the series.

  2. This is a great image. Nicely composed, great color - well executed shot. I have been taught (in a drawing class) that lines that are parallel to the edges of the frame are not as effective as if they are diagonal. If you would have turned the leaf a little get a diagonal maybe this image would be even better.
  3. This is a not only a great pinhole shot but it is also a great composition. I like its misty quality - It looks like the trees were moving during exposure which gives it that quality. Nice image.
