I take quite a few pictures at the local zoo and need your advice on

the best way to deal with the fences in the background. Your advice

    is greatly appreciated.

  1. I have always been a fan of B&W photography and this is my first

venture into the genre. I like how B&W uses shadows to enhance the

image. Does this photo have a good mixture of light and shadows?

Any advice you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Please give me your opinion. I'm having trouble getting the

exposure just right when using the strobe for fill. Most tries are

coming out over exposed. Is this one over exposed as well ?

  2. This picture is from the Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth Texas using

my Nikon F100 with a 24-120 Nikkor lens without any filters. It was 8

o'clock in the morning and the dew was still dripping from the

flowers. I like the color on the flower and the drops of water, but

hope the background doesn't distact from the detail.

In this picture does the use of focus (both in and out) help create

the mood and enhance the overall effect of the picture ?
