I'm not sure I understand. Is this a reflection of the skeleton of the WTC behind you, or a double exposure? Either way, well done. Good eye to not just snap a shot of the WTC skeleton, but do something creative. Thinking outside the box!

I like the shot and the mood. There is something about the nose though that really draws my attention. The way the light is hitting it, it seems to be enlarged and distracting. It appears to be the lightest area of the photo and the shadow being cast on the left side is a little distracting.
Well executed and well exposed. The hands covering the face adds a sense of mystery and the sweater pulled up over the hands also adds some mysteriousness to it.

I like this. How did you light the tree? What was your exposure times and shutter speeds?

Ha! The smaller jpeg on the preview page made it look like an awesome product shot for jeep! I was getting ready to praise you for the great outdoor shot you created. Still a great shot when you examine it closer, which maybe is what you were trying to do. You fooled me good.

I like this one. I might would like to see the umpire too. Just the lone hand is kind of distracting. Crop him all the way out or show the rest of him.

I was struck by the starkness of the single rose among the thousands
of names.

I am going to comment on your photo, because I know how I felt last week when no one commented on my fireworks photo: http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=300490
I think you have technincally done well. I am not quite clear on the greenish hue though? What were your aperture and shutter speed and what type of film did you use?
Don't feel bad if no one else comments, I guess fireworks have become cliche'!
I like yours.

This was a fireworks display at the Space Coast Stadium located in
Brevard County, Florida.
I don't remember the aperture right now, I would have to look it up!

Awesome shot, and great vision. Very abstract and a great choice to do it in B&W!
The only thing that really bothers me is the hot spot in the upper left hand corner. This could probably be corrected by some creative printing. Other than that this is a well composed and executed photo.
