This has been sort of asked before, in <A HREF="EOS T-mount threads for revering">this thread</a>, but it didn't get a satisfactory answer.<p>What type of adapter is this, that has a camera body (male) fitting on one side, and a 46mm (female) screw thread on the other side?<p>I have a bunch of these, mostly Minolta fitting, that came with a lot of old photographic junk. They look like T2 adapters, in that there's a central ring insert fixed by three little grub screws. However, the female thread is 46mm instead of 42mm, which is what a T adapter should be.<p>What the heck are these things? It's a long time since I've used any kind of T adapter, so enlighten me.
