Love the movement and drama. The lead horse appears to be eye-balling the lens. The crisp foreground and the framing trees give the image a lovely perspective and composure.

G'day Tom. Multiple shooters (maybe half a dozen?), over a series of (late winter) nights, hunting on land (perhaps around 150-acres) that could easily carry fifty sheep, and as many lambs. My rough count - about 150 foxes on this one property. Cheers, Tom.

G'day Giangiorgo. Here in Australia the fox is generally regarded as a pest. Some (a minority of) sheep graziers believe the fox is responsible for killing their sheep/lambs - so they shoot them. A further minority believe if they hang the carcasses on a fence it will deter other foxes from further alleged killings. The fact that this particular grazier continues this practice, year in year out, probably lays waste to the theory. Apart from the confronting subject, I hope you liked the image. Cheerio, Tom.

Thank you, Michael. Praise must first be given to the garden designer! This imaged was captured with a super-wide lens, hence the funnel-effect. It was an overcast day, but luckily there was plenty of autumn colour. I admire your work greatly, and look forward to viewing more. Thanks again, Tom.

Thanks, Giangiorgio. Shot on the top of a low granite outcrop. I have a feeling this 'pool' has been there for a very long time. As an aside, I like your (prodigious) work, and I look forward to exploring your portfolio at length. Ciao, Tom.
