  1. Waterfalls is where water flows over a vertical drop or in some cases, a series of drops, Waterfalls are usually formed in an upper course process such as lakes, ponds, or maybe even a stream. As the water flows over the waterfall at a high velocity, water crashes over rocks causing the water to spray as it also runs over the rocks.

This waterfall is from the Old Mill and runs from the upper lake down into the basin of a rapid flowing river. Many stop to relax with the elegant show this waterfall performs under the street lights. The street lights act as a glistening effect for colorization and to enhance its natural beauty.

  2. An interesting debate may be in the discussion of if the sun truly is yellow and according to what we have been taught, the sun is said to be white. It's said that the reasoning for many thinking the sun is yellow is that our atmosphere scatters light directly from the sun making the illusion on Earth for the sun being yellow. Research has shown that in the Earth's atmosphere there is a scattering of light in the colors of blue as well as a violet wavelength range causing remaining wavelengths to appear yellow.

  3. A yellow rose with a hint of red is commonly given for great friendships and for that special someone who truly love. Our Christmas tradition in our family is to purchase roses of various colors to express our feelings for those of whom we care about or love. The one tradition that we do is to each place a rose on Christmas Eve underneath the Christmas tree in remembrance of our loved ones that only are in our hearts now. It's a tradition to say one thing we remember most about that person that they used to do on Christmas. Though roses are commonly given on certain occasions, we have made it our Christmas tradition. Happy Holidays and best wishes for a wonderful New Year.
